Synergy Property Management Solutions was established in Thunder Bay in 2013, with its original office located at 215 Red River Rd. in downtown Port Arthur. Synergy’s early service delivery was provision of management services to single family dwellings and small plexes.
In 2015, Synergy expanded its service scope to include larger buildings (apartment complexes, etc.) and began offering management services to condominium corporations and non-profit housing corporations.
In March 2021, Synergy moved its offices to a larger space at 102-130 Brodie St. S. to accommodate our growing client and property base.
To this day, Synergy’s prime focus is customer service. We believe that our customers will tell us what they want, and we will deliver – because we are listening. After all, our customers are the reason that we’re here.
